Delivery Conditions:
- Free delivery on orders over €49 for mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, and Luxembourg. For other countries, delivery charges may apply depending on the destination.- Delivery to a collection point: Delivery to a collection point is available for most items on the website, in Belgium and France. You will have 6 days from the arrival of the parcel at the collection point to collect it.- Delivery costs for other eligible countries are displayed in the shopping cart before you confirm your order.- We do not deliver to the following regions: French islands (DOM, TOM, Corsica…), Italian islands (Sardinia, Sicily…), Spanish islands (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands…)
Return conditions:- The request must be made within the legal period of 14 days.- The request must be made by email (or via the contact form) to info@proakcess.com.- Items must be in perfect condition with all tags and accessories and must be returned in their original packaging. They must not have been used or assembled.- In case of cancellation, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to select a secure shipping method and keep proof of postage.- Proakcess reserves the right to refuse a refund if the package(s) do not meet the above return criteria. The return shipping costs for refused packages remain the responsibility of the customer.
How to make a return?- Send a message via the contact form (or by email to info@proakcess.com)- This message must include your order number, the list of items being returned, and a message explaining the reasons for your return. Upon receiving your message, we will send you a summary of the return conditions listed above. After receiving and verifying the package, we will process the refund to the original payment method, provided all conditions are met.
